What is the Experience Conference?
Experience Conference is for worship leaders, creative teams, praise teams, pastors, worship musicians and tech teams. This life-changing conference will be held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida. This conference was created knowing the challenges and struggles facing those in worship ministry on a daily basis. Through Experience Conference, you will be inspired, refreshed, equipped and encouraged to take your ministry to the next level. Our goal is to rekindle the passion for the ministry God has called you to, introduce you and your team to new and fresh worship music, learn about writing and publishing worship songs, and equip you with techniques for working with your worship team.

Are refunds available?
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@experienceconference.com. For a full refund, requests must be made within 30 days of the registration date. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds beyond that date and no refunds will be issued after August 1st.
Are transfers available?
TRANSFER POLICY:
Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the conference.

Registrations are only valid for the conference year purchased.
Who can attend the Experience Conference?
Experience Conference is designed for worship leaders, praise teams, pastors, worship musicians and tech teams and everyone is invited! All attendees must be 14 years and older.
How do I pay for my conference fee?
The Experience Conference fee payment is made online using a credit card at the end of the registration process. To register click “Register” on any of the web pages on the Experience Conference website.

How do I make hotel reservations?

When will I receive my conference materials?
Conference materials can be picked up beginning on Tuesday, September 3rd at 3:00 pm.
Pictures and Videos?
The Experience Conference will be recorded and videotaped. Your registration constitutes permission and your agreement that your image and likeness may be recorded and videotaped, and may be utilized by Experience Conference in connection with any use of the recording (including uses in broadcast, audio-only recordings and videotape/DVD’s etc.) with no compensation to you. All pictures and videos are sole property of Experience Conference.
Can I pre-register for workshops?
There is no pre-registration for workshops. Workshops will be on a first come basis. Listening Panels will have a sign up list available at Conference Check-In (limited space). Doors will open 10 minutes prior to each workshop.
Will there be free parking?
Yes - Anyone attending the conference during the day at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will receive free parking. If you are staying at the resort and are utilizing overnight parking for your vehicle, overnight self-parking is offered complimentary to guests staying at the Coronado Springs Resort.
What does the registration fee cover?
When you register for the Experience Conference, you’ll currently have complete access to four days of incredible teaching and worship sessions (Exhibit Hall access, over 90 workshops to choose from, 6 General Sessions, Listening Panels and EXCLUSIVE Late Night Events) as well as one (1) Networking Lunch, catered by the Coronado Resort (designated for either Wednesday or Thursday).

Is there a group rate for registration?
Discounted rates are available for groups of 5-9 and additional discounts for groups of 10 or more. All registrations must be made and paid for at the same time. Additional registrations will be processed at the current pricing at the time of registration.
Can guests come to the evening nights of worship?
- There is no charge for anyone (age 14 and older) on Wednesday night. Guest passes will be required at the doors and will be available at the registration desk.
- Tickets for Tuesday night and Thursday night are available for $25 per person and are available first come first serve. Guest passes will be required at the doors and will be available for purchase at the registration desk.
Is childcare available?
Childcare is not available. Families are extremely important to us, but we are unable to accommodate children and infants at the Experience Conference. No one under the age of 14, including infants, is permitted in any of the sessions. Please make outside arrangements for any childcare if you plan to attend.
Is my teenager allowed to register?
Unfortunately, no one under the age of 14 is allowed to attend the conference.
What time can I check in at the conference?
Check-in will begin at 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 3rd.
Will I receive a confirmation for my registration?
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon registration.
Is lodging included in the price of the registration?
Lodging is not part of the registration. You will be able to make your room reservation at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort soon.
