Experience Conference is for worship leaders, praise teams, pastors, worship musicians and tech teams.  This life-changing conference will be held at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.  This conference was created knowing the challenges and struggles facing those in worship ministry on a daily basis.  Through Experience Conference, you will be inspired, refreshed, equipped and encouraged to take your ministry to the next level.  Our goal is to rekindle the passion for the ministry God has called you to, introduce you and your team to new and fresh worship music, learn about writing and publishing worship songs, equip you with techniques for working with your worship team.

Lunch will be provided on Wednesday, September 4th and Thursday, September 5th.

1. Through June 1st, a $75 processing fee (per person) will apply to all cancellations.
2. After June 1st, but before July 6th, a 50% processing fee (per person) will apply to all cancellations (based on registration rate paid).
3. No refunds will be issued after July 6th

Conference materials can be picked up beginning on Tuesday, September 3rd.

The Experience Conference will be recorded and videotaped. Your registration constitutes permission and your agreement that your image and likeness may be recorded and videotaped, and may be utilized by Experience Conference in connection with any use of the recording (including uses in broadcast, audio-only recordings and videotape/DVD’s etc.) with no compensation to you. All pictures and videos are sole property of Experience Conference.

There is no pre-registration for workshops. Workshops will be on a first come basis.  Doors will open 10 minutes prior to each workshop.

Parking is available free of charge at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Upon entering Walt Disney World property, tell parking attendant that you are attending the Experience Conference at The Contemporary Resort. 

When you register for the Experience Conference, you’ll have access to four days of incredible teaching and worship sessions (over 90 workshops, 6 General Sessions, 3 Nights of Worship and Listening Panels). Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday is also included.

Childcare is not available. Families are important to us, but because this is a training event, children and infants are not permitted in any of the sessions.

There is a student rate of $219.00 for the 4 day conference.

Check-in will begin at 3:00 on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Night of Joy tickets can be purchased for $55 on the registration page as an “add on” or at the registration desk at the conference beginning Tuesday night.  If you decide you would like to purchase a Night of Joy ticket after your registration is complete, you will be able to purchase these throughout the conference for a cost of $55 per ticket.
